Virtual Desktop might be different since information is passed through third party software, but I don't see why anyone would still use that now over the completely free and superior Air Link. If you are playing on the Quest via Link or Air Link, then as far as Steam is concerned it's just a regular Oculus device, which all behave identical in the Oculus SDK. The good news is there is a Thief Simulator in development for Oculus Quest. We try to fix possible problems with using the Oculus Quest like this with each update, but there are so many hardware configurations that we are not able to fix everything. Depending on whether you are using Virtual Desktop, Oculus Link, or some other ways to use Oculus Quest on PC - the result will not always be the same.
